"Request for a quote" Definitions Hotel Types: Many hotels in Europe quote their rates per person, not per room. Our rates are quoted per room. Not all rooms have a private bathroom. In England the term 'en-suite' means a bedroom with bathroom. Hotels in England tend to be older buildings that have been modernized over the years (centuries in some cases) so features that Americans are accustomed to, such as air conditioning, in most cases will not be available. Small rooms with uneven foors is to be expected.
Tour pace: Fast / Medium / Relaxed. Fast=fast and furious, up at the crack of dawn every morning, see as much as you can squeeze into a day. Medium: Leave hotel by 8:30 each morning for first attraction, followed by quick lunch, second attraction in the afternoon. back to hotel by 6:00pm. Relaxed: Out of hotel by 9:00 after breakfast, one attraction in the morning, one in the afternoon, separated by 1-2 hour lunch break and/or free time. Return to hotel around 6-7pm.
